These are Emma & my last couple weeks of being just 'us'...our little (and excitedly welcome) 'third wheel' will be here soon. So today, her and I took off on a trip to the zoo (the REAL zoo...not just Petsmart). She was very excited - everytime the car would slow down or stop at a stoplight, she'd ask: Monkey? And the Zoo did not dissappoint - there were plenty of Monkeys! We had fun on a train ride, watching a waterfall, and trying to copy the noises all the birds made...but her favorite part was of course the dirt & rocks. Maybe next time I'll just take her out to the desert and let her loose! Its closer, cheaper, and she'd be just as entertained. Oh well.

Even though she liked the rocks and dirt, it was sweet of you to make time for her in the last few weeks of her unshared domain with you. She is so cute and I love how you and Rob love her. Thanks for sharing this trip with all of us. You're a great Mom.
